Ernie Ganley, 45 years of Talent at Work at Crusader
Ernie Ganley started his career with Crusader as a machine operator. Over the 45 years of his career, Ernie has run sheeters and rewinders, and has been a supervisor of production staff. Ernie has also taken the production lead roll on variety of Public Relations pieces for the company, including acting as the technical tour guide for the website video team and as interviewer for the 50th anniversary employee video tribute.
Ernie prides himself on being a perfectionist and has always been more comfortable as a behind the scenes guy implementing organizational perfection in production, “the go to guy.” Ernie has always led by example in maintaining a safe and clean work environment and by supporting Crusader’s everyday effort to produce the highest quality product the first time, every time. Ernie brings to work each day his kind nature, meticulous standards, and good sense of humor.

On a personal note, Ernie is a proud Grandfather of 8 grandchildren with another on the way! Some of his most proud family moments are of his son winning the MVP at the Canada Cup Championship Hockey, and of his lovely granddaughter winning 3 state championships in gymnastics. Ernie has been and continues to be an avid reader; his current selection is the Oxford Companion to Politics of the World as he has a keen interest in World Politics and History.
