We recently upgraded our Pasaban Twin Knife precision sheeter to include a Cut to Register Sheeting System. Our Pasaban is a work horse able to sheet three pockets of heavy material. Four decurling stations ensure production of super flat sheets on press-ready skids.
This Cut to Register Sheeting System upgrade, along with the introduction of a double suction system allows us to sheet registration marked film and board, conventional Holographic film, Metalized Polyester (mPET) and Metalized Paper faster and more efficiently. Our Pasaban sheeting capacity doubled with this upgrade!
The installation of these systems took about 3 weeks. Engineers and Technicians from Pasaban-Spain as well as our own Technical Team were on site for the installation.
